Save the date, we invite you to join us for our 39th annual meeting in Concord California. Since our inception, we are going back to John Muir.

We understand the challenges that department encounter when making the decision to close for multiple days to attend, we hear you, we are piloting virtual delivery, as well as on demand options after the meeting.

We are excited to continue to move our organization foward through innovation. We are anticipating offering our annual meeting in two formats, In-person, and Virtural delivery via the Vimeo platform.

  • In-person meeting registration
    • Complete the In-person registration form In-person Annual Registration
    • Following completion of your registration form, scroll to the top of the page and you will be able to navigate to a secure payment processing portal via “SQUARE” to complete your payment. Upon completion and payment your registration will be complete.
    • Pricing
      • Members – $200 (must use coupon code at checkout)
      • Non-members – $250
  • Virtual meeting registration
    • Complete the Virtual registration form Virtual Annual Meeting Registration
    • Following completion of your registration form, scroll to the top of the page and you will be able to navigate to a secure payment processing portal via “SQUARE” to complete your payment. Upon completion and payment your registration will be complete.
